I. Background
     血小板樹突狀細胞抗原 2(BDCA2)是一種僅在人 pDC 表面表達的C型凝集素。BDCA2 由一個糖基識別的胞外域、一個跨膜區和一個短的不含任何信號轉導結構域的胞內段組 成。BDCA-2與跨膜區的 FcRγ鏈形成 adaptor 來傳遞細胞內信號，并誘導類似 B 細胞受體 (BCR)的信號轉導級聯反應。

     抗體介導的 BDCA2 結合會導致 SYK 招募到 FcεRIγ磷酸化的免疫受體     基激活結構域(ITAM)。SYK 激活會導致 BTK 和 PLCγ2 激活，從而導致鈣離子動員。BDCA2 受體的結合已被證明可以抑制 TLR7 或 TLR9 誘導的 IFN I 和其他 pDC 衍生的促炎介質。

II. Description
     BDCA2 Effector Reporter 報告基因藥靶模型很好的模擬了體內 BDCA2 的信號轉導過程， 原理見下圖 所示。
